there are two places:

DiskStation> cd lib
DiskStation> ls *ex*
libexpat.so        libexpat.so.1      libexpat.so.1.5.2
DiskStation> pwd
/opt/lib
DiskStation> ls -l /lib/*exp*
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root        126140 Sep 21 12:06 /lib/libexpat.so.0
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         29196 Sep 21 12:44 /lib/libexportent.so
