Sorry, just following up on an old comment:

.Net has a non-Microsoft project by name of Mono. I would assume that if 
there exists a swish-e wrapper for .Net, the Mono people can benefit as 
well.

But if there isn't one now, well...let's hope we can enjoy something in 
the future.
