We have a preliminary Windows build of Swish 2.4.6 available here:

   http://swish-e.org/download/swish-e-2.4.6-win32.exe

Since none of the developers actually has a Windows system available to test on, 
we would appreciate it if some of you who do use Windows would download the .exe 
and test it out with your existing collections and configs.

Also, if anyone is of a mind to try and get an automated build for Windows 
going, using the instructions below, we would love to build daily snapshots for 
Windows as well.
