Oops, the second link below is actually for binary RPMS of Swish-e 
2.5.6 and 2.7.0.

Binary RPMS of Swish-e 2.4.5 (the last released version of Swish-e) 
are still here:

http://rpmbuild.joshr.com/swish-e-release/
