I was trying to use the -T switch to print out a list of indexed metanames
like so:

swish-e -T INDEX_METANAMES my.index

But it wouldn't take my index file name as input. I finally had to copy my
index and properties file to the swish-e default of index.swish-e and
index.swish-e.prop. What did I do wrong? I couldn't find help in the
documentation, which pointed me to 'swish-e -T help' for information.
