The bad news: I am yet another person asking if a Swish-e wrapper has
been ported to .Net.  Specifically ASP.Net using C#.

The good news: I will write this port and release to the community if
it does not exist.

I have looked quite a bit.  I found swishctl, which appears to be an
ActiveX DLL written in C++ -- not what I'm looking for.

If a C# wrapper does not exist, let me know.  I have a client ready to
pay me to develop it.  I'll gladly release it when I'm done.
