See anything odd there?  I don't, so it's not really helping to solve
your problem.

Sorry, but you are going to have to dig in and trace things out.  Maybe
it's a header in one of the linked files.  I just can't guess without
something to go on.  Is the site publicly available?  If so, post
your config.
