I have just found out my existing RedHat index file is not recognized under 
my new CentOS 4 box.
err: Index file error: File "/home3/indexes/myindex" has an unknown format.

I tried to recompile CentOS 4 zlib, libxml but got no luck.  Any solution 
other than reinstall OS?
