Sorry, can't offer any help with those technologies -- they are all
foreign to me. Swish has a dll for windows, so I'd expect there would
be a way to link with that.

I wouldn't run it as a CGI application. 10,000 searches per hour?
10,000 static pages perl hour? What's that about 3 requests per
second? That doesn't sound too hard to manage -- depending on your
hardware.
