Hello,

i'm searching the documentation for the ranking calculation 
algorithm. I can't find this.

Also, the documentation don't tell me if i can use the
directive MetaNamesRank? The documentation says, that this
feature isn't yet implemented, but the "Changes List of Revisions"
says in 2.4.0 that i can use this option, for adjusting the
rank. Which Information ist true?
