Hello, Bill Moseley, SWISH-E Developers, and SWISH-E
I thought that you all might like to know that
Josh Rabinowitz will be giving a talk about "Using
Perl With SWISH-E"
this Tuesday, March 16 2004, at 6:15. It's free and
you're all invited!
The presentation will be in New York City
at the Perl Seminar New York meeting at the
NYPC Users Group Suite in the Ramada New Yorker Hotel,
located at 481 8th Ave (near 34th St), Suite 1560, in
Manhattan New York.
Here's a description of the talk:
"SWISH-E enables the creation and searching of custom
indices of arbitrary data. This talk will cover data
from Josh's article "How To Index Anything", which was
published in the July, 2003 issue of Linux Journal,
and will also delve into some cool features and new
applications not discussed in the article.Non-trivial
real world examples will be discussed, as well as
future plans for SWISH-E. Josh will also try to
answer any questions attendees might have." The linux
journal article is here
The presentation this Tuesday, March 16 2004 at 6:15pm
will last about 45 minutes, and again, builds on
Josh's article about SWISH-E and Linux in the July
2003 edition of Linux Journal (link above).
