If you do not have APT then follow the instructions at the above address
to install APT and add my repository.  Then run this as a superuser or
root:
  apt-get install swish-e swish-e-doc swish-e-perl





Or you can manually install the RPM packages; you will find SWISH-E and
it's Perl dependencies here (swish-e-*, perl-*):
