Anyone test pr4 yet? Windows version?

Anyone try out 2.4.0 pr4, especially on Windows?  Please do, otherwise
you will only have yourself to blame.  And we don't want that, now, do
we....

And for anyone using the SWISH::API module: any problems/comments to 
report?
