RE: Error Condition Re: Javascript stuff in swishdescription output

While trying to figure out IgnoreTags (IgnoreMetaTags I believe), I noticed
that this machine did not have the libxml2 development kit, so I was
indexing using the old html.c system.  When I added the libxml2 development
kit and rebuilt swish-e, this problem was gone.
