Sorry if this is an obvious question, but is there anyway to tell Swish 
that all the search terms must be within x characters of each other?

I only want to get a hit if the terms are within close proximity to each 
other. If one term is located in a paragraph at the top of the page and 
another one is at the bottom of the page, it is likely that the combination 
is not relevant. Whereas if the two terms occur in the same paragraph, for 
instance, the combination is probably something I'm trying to find.
