Here's a native compile of catdoc for Win32:
  http://webaugur.com/wares/files/catdoc.exe

It's maybe faster than the cygwin build.  It just drops in place of
catdoc.exe for DOS.  The DOS version can't use Windows filenames.

Maybe sometime I'll build a "filter pack" of sorts for Windows.
