Many thanks for pointing out use of -T flag - solved date problem
however few more queries following move from swish 1.3 to latest version
(a) could Ascii translation table be included in documentation
(b) how do you specify the non ascii chars - as Octal/hex hmtl ?
(c) is it possible to map Thorn symbol to 'th' for example
(d) stemming - any ideas as how to stem languages such as Manx (or Welsh) 
in which initial letter mutates (eg Dhoolish is Douglas in Manx but 
genitive is ghoolish)
