Indexing Frames Pages

I have looking at the discussion pages and I can't seem to find the modified spider program to index frames.
The nearest discussion that I found was from this link:

I installed swish-e 2.2.3 running on RedHat Linux 7.3.  I would appreciate it if anyone could point me to the right location.
