Attempt to add duplicate property?

From: Tref Gare <TrefG(at)>

My indexing was working fine the last time I looked but today when I
return to reindex a test batch I'm getting the following errors?

Warning: Failed to add property 'swishrank' in file

Warning: Warning: Attempt to add duplicate property.

Warning: Failed to add property 'swishdocsize' in file

Warning: EncodeProperty - Invalid char '.' found in string '72.2%'

These repeat for every file I'm trying to index.
The index itself on the face of it seems fine however I'd love to get to
the bottom of where they're coming from?

My config file is as follows:

# Test index config file for indexing xml docs
# Aim is to extract event start and end dates from the xml and link to
# related html doc

IndexFile "C:/WWW/ACMI/catalog/acmiEvent.index"
IndexDir .
IndexContents XML2 .xml
NoContents .gif .jpg .mdb
StoreDescription XML2 <oneLiner> 320
IndexOnly .xml

FileRules dirname contains data

FileRules dirname contains WEB-INF

ReplaceRules replace "filesys\." "http://devbox:88"
# ReplaceRules regex "/\x5c/\x2f/gi"

Thanks advance for any light that can be thrown here.
