when I try to index an empty directory, swish-e will leave
index.swish-e.prop.temp
and
index.swish-e.temp
instead of "index.swish-e" and "index.swish-e.prop"
and give an error message:
"err: No unique words indexed!"
swish.c (I think the errormessage is coming from there)
is just terminating.
I'd rather have an empty index. Would it be save just to finish the creation 
of the index file (even with no words in there)?
