Using swish-e-2.2.1.

I have a conversion program that requires the complete path to the file
to be converted.

My FileFilter is:

   FileFilter .pdf /usr/local/bin/pdf2html '%p'

However, the program returns:
   Unable to open file ./a3cs937s2  (or some temporary name)

I've tried '%d/%f', but get the same result.  Is this a bug in the
docs, in the code, or am I misreading the phrase "Full pathname to work
file" (as %p is described in the online docs).
