Is there anything we could do in the installation script on Windows to
make SWISH-E easier to start using?

I'd like the Windows releases to be as easy as possible.  I added a link
to install ActivePERL and search CPAN on the Windows start menu in the
2.2 release.  Hopefully that's helpful to someone.

I'll look through all the suggestions posted to the list and try to make
a short TODO list for Windows.
