Believe the error message.

On windows this works:

 swish_index     => ['index.swish-e', 'index.swish-e'],

but

 swish_index     => ['index.swish-e', 'xindex.swish-e'],

generates:

 Could not open the index file 'xindex.swish-e': No such file or directory
