Hi all,

I have uploaded some new fixes to sourceforge a couple of
minutes ago.
These fixes are related to the option -e and IgnoreLimit. Now
they can work together (after having uploaded the more 
efficient code for -e IgnoreLimit was disabled).

Also, a bug in IgnoreLimit when computing positions has been fixed.

To do... Test merge code with the recent aditions and improve its
performance.
