New Win32 Build (was:Error dealing with long pathnames in Win32)

Try this build:

I have made a change to dirent.c which should take care of the problem. 
I'm not sure the exact limit of Win32 file names.  I'll keep looking and
make a permanent change based on what I find.

I was able to crash (buffer overrun) SWISH-E using a 130 character
filename.
