I don't think there is such a thing.
Now that you have experienced 2.0x, it should make building and installing
2.1-dev very fast. Grab it from the swish-daily page. You will have much
better luck with it in a number of ways.
Start testing without a config file:
./swish-e -i /path/to/test/dir
Then add config settings as needed later.
