I just tried loading it on Windows 98 the other day and had problems with
it, something to do with POSIX compliance (escaping command line quotes or
something).  I couldn't get it to work and it was kind of on a lark anyway,
so I didn't pursue it too far.

I have successfully loaded it and have it in production on Windows 2000
(workstation) and Windows XP home.
