I'm new to this discussion group so forgive me my questions:

SWISH-E is published in some setup form or I should download just 
binaries, make changes, complie, configure (what in fact means that I 
should... build my own application)?

Is there any real windows installation instruction (all those instructions 
on web are unix manuals; 'su root, make install...')?
