In french the current diacritics are these one, with
simple ordering (accented character equivalent to
non-accented one in all situations, case-insensitive) :
aâäà
cç
eéèê
iîï
oôö
uùûü
The only "special" character in french is "oe" (joined)
which has been forgotten in all iso-88xx and is
included in unicode.
Sincerely.
