trouble with http indexing

I am very new so please bear with me. I am having trouble indexing using the http spidering mode.

I have installed the necessary perl modules and I believed followed the directions correctly from the README file.

Here is what I am getting on output:

Indexing Data Source: "HTTP-Crawler"
sh: /home/markb/SWISH-CONFIG/src/: is a directory
retrieving http://ww2.qwickrate.com/index.jsp (0)...
sh: /home/markb/SWISH-CONFIG/src/: is a directory

Removing very common words... no words removed.
Writing main index... no unique words indexed.
Writing file index... no files indexed.
Running time: 1 minute.
Indexing done!

..any assitance would be appreciated.

TIA,

Mark
