I have windows2000 server, and when I try to install nMake, I get error
messages that certain files are not found.  However, I did find some of them
in other locations.  

Anybody know of an easy way to build swish-e 2.0+ without Nmake?
build_win32.bat had similar problems not finding files in expected
locations.
