At the moment the lastmoddate for spidering is set to zero in
the develop code.
It's on the todo list to parse the HTTP Last Modified field,
instead of using a filedate (which may be wrong).

<swishlastmodified fmt=/%d/>   try this for epoch seconds ;-)
The docs are not uptodate I guess...
