This issue has been discussed before.
Probably your E450 is paging!!  Look at it (via top or another tool).
Swish-e 2.0.x needs much more memory than 1.3.x in the index task 
because of the actual "phrase search" implementation.

I am working on it in 2.1.x but this is not yet a stable version!!
