Fixes the -m <maxhits> option reported by Rainer Scherg.

Better search performance (see my previous message).

It also contains a better directory tree as suggested by
Rainer and an updated README-Filters and some filter
scripts as provided by Rainer.

BTW, it also includes german and spanish stopword files
(german.txt contributed by Rainer). Any more contributions
are welcome.
