Hi all,

This version fixes the problems in FreeBSD. I have also tested
it in solaris, aix and linux. The fix only affects to the index
process.

It also includes a german stopwords file from Rainer Scherg and
the lost user.config updated with the new options.

The file README-PHRASE is renamed to README-2.0.
