   Cleans up swishspider a tad.  

Philip_Gwyn.swish-e.URLRules.02.patch 

   Adds a new directive to HTTP-style config files.
URLRules url contains foo bar biff boff
   will exclude all URLs containing "foo", "bar", "biff" or "boff" from
spidering.  The params are regexen.

Philip_Gwyn.swish-e.stopwords.01.patch

   Fixes a small error in the code that drops stopwords from words to be
searched for.  A pointer memory that had been freed was being
dereferenced, and causing a core dump under Linux 2.2.15, glibc2,
egcs-2.91.66.
