Help if any one has any advice please it would be apriciated

I have sucsessfully inatalled swish-e on my apache server and indexed my site.
the search is efective and returns the results I am lookingh for .. HOWEVER
I have spaces in my directory names eg. 01 Information, 02 Links ...
the result of the search links the resultes to "www.domain.com/01 "
I know I have to edit one of the scripts but which one? and what do I edit???
