Dear Kei,

The Swish Spider is expecting 2 arguments: A local path and a url. The 
check you are asking about is making sure that these exist (although of 
course it does not test whether they are valid).

Are you familiar with Perl? Even if you only know C, this code ought to 
look similar to C, where you check the size of the argv[] array upon entry 
to the program.
