I implemented Bill Moseley's suggestion to include the title as a meta tag
as well as an HTML tag.

I'm not 100% sure that "title=(dns or 2000) or description=(dns or 2000)" is
working as intended - but it's 10 times better than the old script.

Was adapted from one of the scripts linked on the site.  Would love to get
the meta-directory sample working, but it's too complex to adapt it for the
new metatag support (for me).
