I think I failed to mention that I'm indexing via the http method rather than
the filesystem method. IndexOnly and NoContents seem to be utilized only in
the filesystem method, so is there any way I do this via the http method?
If there are no built-in directives for me to use, would you have any pointers
as to how I could hack up the perl and/or C code to do this?
