Strange problem with words containing 0xF7 symbol

Hi,

Russian letters are encoded with bytes greather than 0x80. And I have
notieced that swih-e does not find the words containing the symbol with
ASCII code 0xF7. Is this symbol used by swish-e for special purposes?
