I've taken 1.4 out of beta.  I've also added the ability to
	read files and directories from standard input that I mentioned
	previously, and also a new -r option that will suppress
	indexing files in directories recursively.  This would allow
	you to specify a set of directories via standard input even if
	some are subdirectories of others without havign to worry about
	files being indexed twice.

	The cumulative performace gain from version 1.3.2 and version
	1.4 is 17%.

	The SWISH++ home page has been updated as has all
	documentation.
