I was wondering if anyone has been able, or even attempted, to use HTTP
method on Windows.  I get an assertion failure in fgets.c on line 60
(str!=NULL) when I run it.  (Debugger fails to give further details on the
error.)  I am guessing that this has something to do with the PERL script.
How would it run the PERL shell script on a Windows machine?  I have SH, so
in theory the shell script could work.  Maybe my brain isn't functioning
today.
